Luxury bungalow at Goodman Road on sale via EOI

Christie’s International Real Estate announced the sale of 75 Goodman Road, a rare freehold landed estate in District 15 via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise.

With a plot spanning 16,424 sq ft with 10,000 sq ft of built-up area, the property is one of the largest freehold plots in the District. It is close to top schools, dining, and lifestyle amenities.

The luxury estate features six bedrooms, entertainment areas, and a dedicated bar with a poolside patio. The interior also features furnishings from Space Furniture, carpets from Hassan’s Carpets, and art installations by Revati Sharma Singh and Martin Prinz.

The property has an asking price of $42m. The EOI exercise will close on 8 May at 5 pm.
