Plantation Close site attracts 4 bids

The top bid was $423m from Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.

HDB closed the tender for the land parcel at Plantation Close on 1 February 2024 with four bids.

HDB launched the site for tender on 30 November 2023.

The bidders include Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments ($423m); Forsea Residence and CNQC Realty ($417m); Intrepid Investments and TID Residential ($399m); and CDL Polaris Properties ($384m).

HDB will announce the award for the tender in due course after the evaluation of the bids.

The 99-year leasehold property has a total site area of 20,038.2 sq m, with a maximum GFA of 56,107 sq m and a maximum building height of 70-80 Singapore Height Datum (SHD).

The site is slated to be developed into an executive condominium (EC) with 560 units.
