Potter’s Garden reopens with new play and fitness upgrades
The playgrounds were designed following surveys with Jurong West residents to support a wider range of play activities.
A refreshed Potter’s Garden has reopened in the Jurong Innovation District, with new nature, play, and fitness features.
Located near Thow Kwang Pottery Jungle, the SJ Campus, and future MRT links, the park retains its summit forest, eco-pond, playgrounds, fitness areas, and viewing points, whilst adding several upgraded facilities.
The revamp includes two new playgrounds, a new fitness corner, a revamped pavilion, an enlarged Butterfly Garden, and an enhanced eco-pond.
The playgrounds were designed following surveys with Jurong West residents to support a wider range of play activities. The fitness corner now offers equipment such as sit-up benches, pull-up stations, power bikes, and cross trainers.
A redesigned pavilion has also been added to provide a shaded rest area and a vantage point for birdwatchers, especially during migratory seasons.
