Tender opens for Media Circle and Bayshore Road sites

The sites can yield 326,015 residential units.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has initiated the tender process for two residential sites in Media Circle and one on Bayshore Road.

The tenders for Parcel A (Media Circle) will close at noon on 4 March 2025, Parcel B (Media Circle) at noon on 29 April 2025, and the Bayshore Road site at noon on 18 March 2025.

The three sites are under the Confirmed List of the H2 2024 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

According to URA, the sites can yield 326,015 residential units, with Media Circle accounting for 325,500 units and Bayshore Road contributing 515 units.

Parcels A and B have a maximum gross floor area of 28,230 sqm and 42,119 sqm, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Bayshore Road site’s maximum gross floor area spans 44,089 sqm.

All sites have a 99-year lease period.
