The guide price for the property is $23m.
Roselane Court in Tanjong Katong has been put up for sale by public tender with a guide price of $23m.
The guide price translates to a land rate of approximately $1,375 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr) after factoring in a nominal land betterment charge.
Knight Frank Singapore, the property’s marketing agent, said the tender for Roselane Court will close on 5 April, 3 p.m.
The property sits in a freehold residential site with a land area of 1,119.9 square metres (sqm) or approximately 12,054 square feet (sq ft).
Under the Master Plan 2019, the site is zoned ‘Residential’ with a Gross Plot Ratio of 1.4.
