Cortina Holdings profit up 4% YoY to $63.6m in FY2025

Revenue for the period also increased 6% YoY.

Cortina Holdings has reported a profit attributable to owners of the parent of $63.6m for the full year ended 31 March 2025, up 4% year-on-year.

For the second half of the year, earnings rose 19% YoY to $35.8m.

Revenue for the full year increased 6% YoY to $862.8m, whilst second-half revenue grew 7% YoY to $449.8m.

Operating expenses rose 4.6%YoY to $97.5m in the second half and 6.8%YoY to $187.7m for the full year, in line with the group’s ongoing expansion strategy.

The board has proposed a final dividend of $0.02 and a special dividend of $0.14 per ordinary share, bringing the total dividend to $0.16 per share for FY2025.
