Inflation up 0.2% YoY in September

But it was 0.1% lower on a mknth-on-month basis.

Consumer price index (CPI) fell by 0.1% month on month in September, but rose 0.2% year-on-year, according to the latest data from the Department of Statistics.  

Food, clothing, household durables, health, transport, recreation, and education prices were up MoM, whilst only housing, information, and miscellaneous goods remained unchanged.

On a YoY basis, clothing, household durables, information, recreation, and miscellaneous goods all fell during the month.

In contrast, the prices of goods and services related to food, housing, health, transport, and education all increased in September.
