Soon Hock Enterprise to debut on SGX Mainboard

The offering was 9.8 times oversubscribed.

Soon Hock Enterprise Holding Limited is set to debut on the SGX-ST Mainboard following strong demand for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The company is offering 21.58 million shares at S$0.58 each.

The offering was 9.8 times oversubscribed, with total interest and application monies reaching approximately $122.6m.

Specifically, the International Offer (18.78 million shares) received indications of interest totaling approximately $95.1m, making it 8.7 times oversubscribed.

The Singapore Public Offer (2.8 millio shares) was even more popular, being 16.9 times oversubscribed based on 1,444 valid applications for 47.33 million shares, totaling about $27.4m.

Maybank Securities and United Overseas Bank Limited are serving as the Joint Issue Managers, Joint Global Coordinators, and Joint Bookrunners for the IPO.
