EC World extends long-stop date for divestment of 2 Chinese assets

The long-stop date will be extended to 28 February. 

EC World Asset Management has extended the long-stop date for the divestment of two Chinese assets to 28 February from 31 January. 

This is in relation to the Stage 1 Properties of Bei Gang Logistics and Chongxian Port Logistics.

According to EC World, the extension was made after the buyers advised that they are still in the process of obtaining the relevant financing approvals from their lending banks. 

Moreover, the deadline for the repayment of the remaining Mandatory Repayment Amount was also moved to 28 February.
