Global Logistic Properties to delist on 22 January

Shareholders will receive payments on 19 January 2018.

Global Logistic Properties (GLP) is expected to delist on 22 January 2018, following its privatisation through Nesta Investment Holdings Limited.

According to an announcement, the scheme document has also been made effective. A copy of the court order has been lodged with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) on 10 January 2018. 

Shareholders will receive payments on 19 January 2018.
