Hersing Corp names Richard Reese Tynes as Executive Director

Mr. Tyns also holds the Chief Investment Officer post.

The Board of Directors has reviewed the qualifications and experience of Mr Richard R Tynes and, with the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, is of the view that based on Mr Richard R Tynes's working experience, he will be able to contribute positively to the Company.

Mr Tynes is also a Chief Investment Officer of Hersing Corporation Ltd (2011 - Present). Before this he was Chief Executive Officer at Acceptor/OIL/Credence Trust (2004 to 2010) and Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific at Western Union, First Data Corporation, Hong Kong (2002 to 2004), according to s Hersing Corp report.
