SIA extends non-stop US flights to Seattle

This will bring the total number of non-stop Singapore-US services to 31.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) expanded its non-stop service to US with the departure of flight SQ28 to Seattle, according to a press release. The Seattle flights will initially be operated three times a week before increasing to four times by October.

This will bring the total number of weekly non-stop Singapore-US services to 31. Combined with existing one-stop services to Houston, Los Angeles, New York (JFK) and San Francisco, total US service frequency will increase to 57 per week.

The flight departed Changi International Airport on 3 September 2019 at 9:27 SIN time, and is scheduled to arrive at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on the same day at 9:05 US Pacific time.

Airbus A350-900 aircraft fitted with 42 Business Class, 24 Premium Economy Class and 187 Economy Class seats are used on the route.
