SATS’ WFS prices US$100m notes at 4.578% due 2028

The notes will be issued on 28 April.

World Flight Services (WFS), a unit of SATS Ltd., has priced $131m (US$100m) notes at a fixed rate of 4.578% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears.

The Series 002 Notes will be issued under SATS' US$3b multicurrency debt issuance programme and are expected to be issued on 28 April.

The notes will be issued in denominations of $262,149 (US$200,000) each and will mature on 28 April 2028.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used to refinance existing borrowings.

DBS Bank Ltd. is the appointed sole bookrunner and lead manager, whilst the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Singapore Branch has been invited to act as co-manager.
