The flights affected are TR596 and TR597, operating between Singapore and Jeddah.

Passengers may request a full refund or rebook on alternative flights.

Customers who booked directly with Scoot can contact the airline via email, whilst those who booked through travel agents or partner airlines are advised to reach out to their booking agent or airline for assistance.
