ST Engineering contract wins surge 49% to hit record $18.7b

A $4.7b fourth quarter surge redefined the firm's order book.

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd. (ST Engineering) reported $4.7b in new contracts in Q4 2025, bringing its total full year contract values to $18.7b, up 49% from 2024.

The defence and public security segment reported about $2.5b in contracts, including orders for next-generation infantry fighting vehicles for the Singapore Ministry of Defence and ammunition contracts with overseas customers, according to a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

The commercial aerospace unit secured around $1.7b in contracts, mainly for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, including multi-year nacelle maintenance deals for Boeing 787 aircraft with carriers in Europe and North America.

The urban solutions and satcom segment contributed about $500m, ST Engineering said.

Key projects include the supply of 250 electric buses to the Singapore Land Transport Authority, rail electronics work at Changi Airport Terminal 2, and tolling and satellite ground system contracts in the United States, Asia and Europe.

Overall transaction volume remained steady, with demand for engineering, technical support, and infrastructure services across the group’s core businesses.

ST Engineering said the new contracts are not expected to materially affect net tangible assets or earnings per share in the current financial year.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
