Tiger Airways' operations in Australia remain grounded until at least 11 August.
According to a Reuters report, Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority had asked for more information and a court hearing has been delayed until Thursday.
Meanwhile in a statement the airline said there is no information available yet as to when Tiger Airways Australia may resume services.
