Logistics Holdings enters listing of SGX Catalist

2013's first IPO goes smoothly.

Singapore Exchange announced that the listing of Logistics Holdings Limited on Catalist will be under the stock code of “5VI”.

SGX said that Logistics Holdings has a track record of more than 27 years in the construction business in Singapore, and are engaged in building construction works as well as the supply and installation of furniture/interior fitting-out works, in which they are a main contractor for primarily the Singapore government and Singapore government-related bodies.

Mr Phua Lam Soon, CEO of Logistics Holdings, said: “We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the investment community for the support we have received from them, leading to the success of 2013’s first IPO. I am very proud to be able to lead the Group in our new status as a listed company on SGX. This listing is a major milestone for the Group and moving forward, we hope to use this listing as a springboard to propel the Group to even greater heights.”

The listing of Logistics Holdings brings the total number of companies listed on Catalist to 140 with total market capitalization of S$6.8 billion (US$5.6 billion).
