Frasers Property Industrial CEO resigns

The board is now looking for a new CEO.

Frasers Property Limited has announced that Reini Otter, CEO of Frasers Property Industrial, has resigned.

The board said it is currently on the hunt for a new CEO. Meanwhile, Ian Barter, managing director, Australia at Frasers Property Industrial, will assume leadership oversight of the group’s Australia and Europe business starting 1 August 2026.

Otter will officially vacate his position on 17 December 2026. He has been with Frasers Property for 28 years, including the last seven as Frasers Property Industrial CEO. Alongside the Board and management, he helped form the Frasers Property Industrial platform and grow its industrial and logistics business in Australia and Europe, developing a platform for long-term value creation for its stakeholders.
