Keppel places Avenue Park Development under voluntary liquidation

The liquidation is not expected to impact the company’s performance for FY2024.

Keppel has placed its subsidiary, Avenue Park Development Pte. Ltd., under member’s voluntary liquidation on 17 December amidst dormancy.

Avenue Park Development Pte. Ltd. is a subsidiary 52% owned by Keppel.

In a bourse filing, Keppel said that the liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the company for FY2024.
