Centurion launches new student housing brand EPIISOD

The firm is building its first accommodation under the new brand in Sydney.

Centurion Corporation Limited has launched EPIISOD as its new premium student housing brand. 

The first EPIISOD property is a purpose-built student accommodation located in Macquarie Park in Sydney, Australia. 

The property will have 732 thoughtfully designed rooms equipped with modern amenities and is conveniently situated close to Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre, and public transport.

Move-in may start in February 2026. Students will also be able to register for residency from 15 July 2025 via the EPIISOD website. 

Centurion entered the Australian student accommodation market with its first property in Melbourne in 2014 and added a second property in Adelaide in 2019, both under the Dwell Student Living brand.
