Capitaland establishes three subsidiaries

Two of them will focus on investment holding.

Capitaland Limited announced its establishment of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Citadines One Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, and Citadines One GK in Japan, and one 80%-owned subsidiary Synergy Global Housing Limited in Hong Kong.

Both Citadines One Pte. Ltd. and Citadines One GK will focus on investment holding, with paid-up share capital of $1 comprising one ordinary share issued at a price of $1, and $1,1185 (JPY 100,000), respectively.

Meanwhile, Synergy Global Housing Limited will focus on property management, real estate agency, hotel booking service, rental housing, and related consultancy services. It has a paid-up share capital of $17,000 (HKD100,000) comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of HKD1 each.
