JTC grants tender offer to Ho Bee for S$410.99 mln

The industrial infrastructure developer sold a commercial site located in North Buona Vista Drive.

Following an announcement on 28 July 2010, Ho Bee Developments Pte Ltd said on Thursday that JTC Corporation has accepted the tender priced at S$410.99 million, said a Ho Bee announcement.

According to the announcement, both parties have agreed that Ho Bee shall pay the 25% of tendered price (less tender deposit paid) within 28 days from date of acceptance, and the remaining 75% to be made within 90 days of date of acceptance.
