JTC launches Tampines North industrial site

The site at Tampines North Drive 5 has a tenure of 20 years.

JTC has launched a new site in Tampines North Drive, under the provisions of the Industrial Government Land Sales programme.

The 0.5 hectare plot at Tampines North Drive 5 is one of the first of three confirmed list sites for IGLS for the first half of the year.

The tenderer's packets are for purchase at $107 each.

This is a part of the government's efforts to provide more options for industrial development.
