JTC launches two sites in Tuas South Link 3

It also began the tender for a reserve list site in Tuas South Link 1.

JTC launched one Confirmed List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 26) and one Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 20) under the first half 2018 IGLS Programme. According to an announcement, these are the fourth of six Confirmed List sites and the fourth out of seven Reserve List sites for the first half of 2018.

A Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 1 (Plot 13) has also been launched for sale by public tender today at $15.58m.

The 0.47 ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 26) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. Site application is until 19 June 2018, 11 a.m.

Meanwhile, the 0.45 ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 20) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The tendered 2.41 ha site at Tuas South Link 1 (Plot 13) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 30-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0. The tender is open until 5 June 2018, 11 a.m.

“The launch of the sites is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development,” JTC said.

Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government or when there is sufficient market interest for the site. “A site is considered to have received sufficient market interest if more than one unrelated party submits minimum prices that are close to the Government’s Reserve Price for the site within a reasonable period,” JTC added.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
