JTC offers Tuas South Link 3 industrial site

This is the second of six Confirmed List sites for the first half of 2018.

JTC launched one Confirmed List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 21) under the first half of the 2018 IGLS Programme. This is the second of six Confirmed List sites for the first half of 2018.

According to a press release, the 0.78 ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 21) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. Industrialists are invited to apply for the site before the tender closes on 24 April 2018, 11 a.m.

“The launch of the site is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development,” JTC said.

JTC recently rejected the lone bids for Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) and Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 27) because both were underpriced. Analysts observed that the prices of industrial sites are under pressure, which is highlighted by the fact that they fell 5.7% YoY in Q4.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
