Oxley Holdings Limited announces JV in Vietnam

They will focus on future land acquisitions.

Oxley Holdings Limited announced that its subsidiary, Oxley MK Holdings Vietnam Company Limited, has incorporated Oxley MK Ha Noi Joint Stock Company in Vietnam.

Oxley MK Ha Noi has an initial charter capital of $1.16b, with 20% held by Oxley MK Vietnam, and unrelated third party companies IP Investment Construction Joint Company and Tran Quoc Hieu, by 20% and 60%, respectively.

Further, incorporation of Oxley MK Ha Noi serves as a preparation for land acquisitions in Vietnam in the future.
