Tuas South Link 3 industrial site sold for $2.63m

It was awarded to the only bidder, Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd.

JTS announced that Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 16) has been sold to Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd at a tendered price of $2.63m, which spans for 20 years.

The industrial site has a total area of 4,993.1 sq m, with a gross plot ratio of 1.4.

Further, the project is expected to be completed in 5 years.

Meanwhile, JTC also reported that the tender for Jalan Lam Huat (Plot B) will not be awarded because of a low price offered by one bid.
