Tuas South Link 3 site sold for $2.04m

The tender for the site concluded with one bid.

JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 18) to LNT Coating Pte Ltd, at a tendered sum of $2.038m.

According to an announcement, the plot is zoned for B-2 development and has a site area of 4,299.9 sqm. It is tenured for 20 years and has a gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The tender for the site was launched on 30 January 2018 and closed on 27 March 2018, with one bid submitted.
