UOB and RHT Chestertons launch online commercial property indication guide

It claims to provide the value of a commercial property within a minute.

Real estate agency RHT Chestertons and UOB Business Banking have jointly launched Singapore’s first online commercial property indication service, according to a press release.

Using an app developed by Soreal Prop and UOB, theis platform claims to provide the value indication guide for local commercial titled properties within a minute.

A matrix produced by RHT Chestertons will generate a range of values using transaction records, past valuations, and current rental data which will allow an agent or buyer to apply for a loan through the app. When the loan is disbursed, a formal valuation report will be instructed.

To improve the quality of future reports, RHT Chestertons provides analytics that include charts in particular districts and estimated projection of property values based on past trends. The company also expressed openness to extending the indication service to residential properties.
