Adjoining strata shophouses on Dickson Road for sale at $9m

Two adjoining strata-titled shophouses at 28 and 30 Dickson Road are up for sale via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise, with a guide price of $9m, and are handled exclusively by Huttons Asia Pte. Ltd.

Each unit has an estimated strata area of 111 sqm and 113 sqm, giving a combined total of 2,411 sq ft.

This works out to a guide price of about $3,733 per sq ft based on the strata area.

The 999-year leasehold properties are zoned for commercial use and approved for restaurant operations.

Both units are currently leased to a restaurant operator.

“Foreigners are eligible to buy these shophouses as they are on land zoned for commercial use,” said Lee Sze Teck, senior director of Data Analytics at Huttons Asia.

The EOI exercise closes on 7 May at 4pm.
