Aqueen Heritage Hotel in Joo Chiat up for sale

Its indicative price is $55m.

The Aqueen Heritage Hotel at 51 Joo Chiat Road has been put up for sale via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise by marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield.

According to a media release, the EOI exercise would close on 24 February 2021, at 3.00 PM.

The boutique hote’s indicative price is $55m.

According to the Master Plan 2019, the hotel is zoned “commercial”, with a gross plot ratio of 3.0. Sitting on a corner plot with a land area of 7,629 sq ft and a gross floor area of 22,925 sq ft, the property comprises 70 rooms sized from 140 sq ft to 276 sq ft and a shop space of 1,744 sq ft.

Aside from being located in close proximity to the Paya Lebar and Eunos MRT stations, the property is also situated near the cultural neighbourhood of Geylang Serai and Joo Chiat.
