Bidding begins for 1/F of Sunshine Kowloon Bay Cargo Centre

Public tender closes April 30.

Colliers International has been appointed as the sole agent to offer 1/F of Sunshine Kowloon Bay Cargo Centre (the Property) for sale by public tender. The tender will close at 12 noon, 30 April 2014 (Wednesday).

Sunshine Kowloon Bay Cargo Centre is a unique ramp access warehouse building located at 59 Tai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay. The Property comprises a gross floor area of approximately 69,700 sq ft with highly efficient layout, and includes 8 exclusive loading bays.

Paul Dwyer, Manager of Industrial Services at Colliers International (Hong Kong), says, “The Property is a high yielding investment opportunity with a short-term sale-and-leaseback. In addition to the location served with well-established infrastructure, a distinguished advantage of the Property is the direct vehicle access with high ceiling height which is rarely available for properties offered for sale in the marketplace.”

“Furthermore, it sits close to the entrance of Telford Plaza II and is well served with the convenient transportation network, which will enjoy the benefits of the CBD2 development in Kowloon East.”

Paul adds that the Property is a high yielding investment opportunity with a short-term sale-and-leaseback. Buyer can purchase the Property through company sale.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
