CapitaLand puts up subsidiary in Malaysia

CapitaLand Commercial (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has been established with investment and provision of project services as its core activities.

The indirect wholly-owned subsidiary has an issued and paid-up share capital of approximately S$0.83. Authorised share capital is approximately S$41,400 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each.

CapitaLand does not expect the said transaction to affect the Group's net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
