Soilbuild wins Jalan Buroh industrial site for $214.4m

The tender attracted three bids after closing in June.

JTC has awarded the tender for an industrial site at Jalan Buroh to Soilbuild Group Holdings for $214.44m.

The tender was launched on 31 March 2026 and closed on 9 June, with three bids received.

The land parcel spans 31,151.5 sqm and is zoned for Business 2 use. It has a gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a lease tenure of 33 years.

The project must be completed within 84 months.
