Chart of the Day: OCR is the most active region in March developers' sales

Projects in the CCR dominated the top 10 bestselling projects.

The Outside of Central Region (OCR) was the most active region for developers’ transactions in March.

This chart from Huttons showed that CCR was the next most active region with 197 units sold during the developer's sales in March 2023. CCR projects dominated the top 10 bestselling projects last month.

This was followed by RCR with 13.2%.
