City Developments Limited requests a trading halt

City Developments Limited (CDL) has requested to halt trading in the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 26 February with immediate effect.

The statement was published at 8:02 am with the pending release of announcements.

In addition, the CDL will also be cancelling the FY 2024 Results Briefing, pending the release of further announcements.

On 13 January, CDL announced that it would release its unaudited financial results for FY2024 before the trading hours of SGX-ST on 26 February.
