Coliwoo expands portfolio with Changi Business Park hotel buyout

Project Ace moves to binding contract for 2 Changi Business Park strata lot, backing co-living push.

Coliwoo Holdings Limited will acquire a hotel strata lot at 2 Changi Business Park Avenue 1, the company said in an SGX filing on 13 March 2026.

The purchase follows a call option agreement signed on 30 January 2026 between Coliwoo’s subsidiary Project Ace Pte Ltd and the trustee of Viva Trust.

The property includes the leasehold hotel unit and associated mechanical and electrical equipment. Exercising the option creates a binding contract to complete the acquisition.

Coliwoo said it will provide updates if there are material developments.
