A conserved shophouse at 8 North Canal Road, located in the Raffles Place financial district, has been listed for sale with an indicative guide price of $16.8m, according to its marketing agent Savills.

The sale will be conducted through an expression of interest exercise, closing on Friday, 5 December at 3:00 pm.

The property comprises three storeys plus an attic, with an estimated built-up area of 3,154 sq ft on 953 sq ft of land, subject to final survey.

Under the 2025 Master Plan, the site is zoned “Commercial”, meaning there is no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD). The property is eligible for purchase by foreigners and companies.

Potential uses include F&B, retail, office, gym, or wellness concepts, subject to approval from relevant authorities.
