COTD: Real estate investment sales soar to $10.3b

The Residential sector accounted for the largest share at 37.7%.

Singapore’s total real estate investment sales reached $10.3b in the third quarter of 2025, according to Colliers.

The Residential sector accounted for the largest share of sales, contributing 37.7%, followed by the Commercial industry, which secured 24.3%.

The Others category represented the third-largest segment at 17.3%.

Sales in the Mixed-use segment totalled 9.8%, whilst the Industrial sector made up 9.2%.

The Hospitality sector represented the smallest portion of investment sales, recording only 1.7% for the quarter.
