Elite UK REIT’s NPI dips 0.5% YoY in 9M

The company linked this to expenses incurred for asset repositioning initiatives.

Elite UK REIT’s net property income dipped 0.5% year on year to $47m (GBP27.4m) during the nine months ended September 2025.

The company said it was due to expenses incurred for asset repositioning initiatives.

However, distributable income also grew 6.2% YoY to $25m (GBP14.8m), whilst Distribution per Unit rose 2.3% YoY to $3.99 (GBP2.33)

Moreover, the group’s occupancy rate improved to 98.6%.
