ESR fully leases Phase 1 of Suvarnabhumi industrial park

Phase 1 measures 363,000 square metres.

ESR Group Limited has fully leased Phase 1 of ESR Asia Suvarnabhumi, its industrial park in Thailand.

Phase 1, measuring 363,000 square metres, was leased to four Japanese and U.S. transnational corporations in the logistics, advanced manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors.

ESR Asia Suvarnabhumi also hosts NX Shoji (Thailand), Nishiyori (Thailand), and Amphenol Corporation.

Meanwhile, ESR said construction of a customised manufacturing facility for Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Thailand), the asset's fourth customer, is underway, with completion expected in Q2 2025.
