Five-asset Singapore retail portfolio launched at $30.9m

The sale includes two HDB coffeeshops.

A five-asset retail portfolio in Singapore with a guide price of about $30.9m is up for sale through an expression of interest exercise that closes on 15 April at 3:00 pm, according to its marketing agent CBRE.

The portfolio comprises two HDB coffeeshops, one HDB shophouse, and two strata retail units in The Centrepoint and Parkway Parade. The assets are in Tanjong Pagar, Jurong East, Orchard Road, and Marine Parade.

The five properties have a combined strata area of 10,151 sq ft and can be bought either collectively or individually. CBRE said individual units are expected to be priced at about S$4m to S$10m.

The HDB assets include a 3,079 sq ft unit at Tanjong Pagar Plaza approved for coffeeshop use on level two, a 3,681 sq ft shophouse at Jurong East Street 24 approved for coffeeshop use on level one, and a 1,798 sq ft shophouse at Jurong East Avenue 1 next to a market and hawker centre.

The remaining assets are a 764 sq ft retail unit at The Centrepoint and an 829 sq ft retail unit at Parkway Parade.
