FLCT issues $175m notes at 3.830% due in 2029

The notes are set to mature on 26 March 2029.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) issues the Series 002 notes worth $175m with a fixed interest rate of 3.830%.

The notes are issued under the $1b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme by FLCT and its subsidiary, FLCT Trustee which are due in 2029.

The notes may be redeemed in whole or in part on any date prior to its maturity date on 26 March 2029.

DBS and OCBC are the joint lead managers and bookrunners for the Series 002 notes.
