Food zone production site at 6 Tuas Bay Walk up for sale

The sale will be via a private treaty.

An industrial site located at 6 Tuas Bay Walk within the JTC “Tuas” food zone has been launched for sale via private treaty.

The site measures 43,267 square feet and has a land tenure of 30+30 years w.e.f. 16 May 1997.

It also has a balance lease of approximately 34 years, with the second +30 years lease already pre-approved by authorities.

Sitting at the site is a four-storey food factory which has a total gross floor area of 60,738 square feet.

CBRE, the site’s marketing agent, said the factory has a cold room, warehouse space, and a central kitchen space fully fitted with kitchen waste pipes, grease interceptor and exhaust

“Under the Master Plan 2019, the site is zoned for ‘Business 2’ with a plot ratio of 1.7. Hence, the building can enjoy a potential built-up area of approximately 73,554 square feet,” CBRE said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
