Frasers Property announces board changes

The changes are effective from 8 February.

Frasers Property has appointed Chumpol NaLamlieng as a Non-Executive and Independent Chairman of the Board.

He will succeed Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, who will retire from office after serving for about 12 years.

The company also announced the retirement of Tan Pheng Hock, a Non-Executive and Independent Director who also served as a member of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee (SRMC).

To replace Tan, Frasers Property has appointed Nithinart Sinthudeacha as a Non-Executive and Independent Director and as a member of the SRMC.

The board changes will take effect from 8 February.
