Frasers property buys London office asset for $238m

Bedfont lakes holdings will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the firm.

Fraser Property Holdings UK, an indirect subsidiary of Frasers Property, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Bedfont Lakes holdings to acquire 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bedfont Lakes for $238m (£135m), announced in its bourse filing.

Upon completion of the acquisition, Bedfont Lakes will be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property. It holds the freehold interest in Lakeshore, Bedfont

Lakes, which comprises three individual high-specification office buildings.

The property has a lettable area of approximately 272,000 sqft.
