Frasers Property Limited invests $358m in Thai real estate developer

It will acquire 26.1% of ordinary shares.

Frasers Property Limited announced that Frasers Assets Co. Ltd. has entered an agreement with Thailand-based Rojana Industrial Park Public Limited to acquire 26.1% of ordinary shares in TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited for $358m.

Frasers Assets Co. Ltd. is a joint acquisition between Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
