Frasers tenant sales rise 2.4% as contracts build pipeline

Company sees 56% sales at Singapore luxury project.

Tenant sales rose 2.4% year-on-year (YoY) in the first quarter (Q1) ended 31 December 2025, with 24,447 sq m of renewals and new leases signed in the period, according to Frasers Property Limited.

The company said 56% of units at its Singapore luxury residential project The Robertson Opus were sold following the July 2025 launch, with 930 contracts on hand.

The project comprises 348 luxury residential units and is the only new 999-year leasehold development in prime District 9 in 2025, with Frasers holding a 51.0% effective share.

Phase one of Hougang Mall’s asset enhancement initiative was completed in November 2025, introducing new-to-catchment concepts, the group said.

Singapore commercial properties recorded positive rental reversion and a third consecutive quarter of occupancy improvement, driven mainly by leases at Alexandra Technopark, where 19,032 sq m of renewals and new leases were signed.
