A freehold hotel at 12 Lorong 12 Geylang has been launched for sale at a revised guide price of $110m, according to CBRE.

The eight-storey hotel, previously offered at $120m in 2024, sits on a freehold site of about 15,731 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 43,500 sq ft.

At the revised guide price, the asset is priced at about $2,528 per sq ft based on gross floor area and about $598,000 per key.

The property features a lobby, private parking facilities, and 184 rooms averaging approximately 175 sq ft.

The sale will be conducted through an expression of interest exercise closing on Thursday, 26 March 2026, at 12 pm.

Foreigners and corporate entities are eligible to purchase, with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty applicable.
