Gate+ sells 128 units at launch

Huttons said buyers were drawn by the project’s lower entry price, location, and logistics-friendly unit design.

Gate+ sold 128 units during its launch, according to Huttons Asia.

Huttons Asia CEO Mark Yip said many buyers came from the trading, engineering, marine, automotive, and recycling industries.

He said the project’s lower entry price, starting from $792,000, and interest rates helped reduce investment costs for end-users.

The development is located near major growth areas in western Singapore, including Jurong Lake District, Jurong Innovation District, Tuas Mega Port, Jurong Island, and Tuas Checkpoint.

Huttons also cited accessibility as a key factor, with Tukang MRT station five minutes away by bicycle and a bus stop located at the development’s doorstep.

The nearby Taman Jurong Skyline BTO could also expand the employment catchment area for employers beyond Jurong, Bukit Batok, Clementi, and Tengah.

The units are column-free and have a modular grid design, allowing owners to combine multiple units more easily. They also have a floor-to-floor height of at least 6.1 metres.

The development can support logistics operations, with 40-foot container vehicles able to unload at the level 1 loading bay, whilst ramps allow 20-foot containers direct access to units.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
